Upgrading
your H2ONET Analyzer 4.x to 6.x.
Because of the differences in AutoCAD 2004/5/6 from previous
versions, it is necessary to install a different version of
H2ONET. Please note that we do request that you
deactivate your previous version of H2ONET before
we can activate the AutoCAD 2004/5/6 compatible version of H2ONET.
Here are some steps and guidelines for upgrading from H2ONET
Analyzer 4.x to H2ONET Analyzer 6.x. Please read
them thoroughly before performing any actions.

- Upgrade

- Download
the “H2ONET 6.x Setup” executable below.
It is a full installation of H2ONET 6.x.

- Request
new keys for H2ONET for AutoCAD 2004/5/6 using
the for at the bottom of this page. Our support staff will
email you new keys shortly.
- Once
you receive the keys, run the H2ONET 6.x installation
executable that you downloaded, using the new Serial Number
and CD Key.
- After
the installation has been completed, open your fully updated
H2ONET 4.x. Go to the H2ONET Help
menu and select “About H2ONET…”.
Click “License Details…” This will bring
up the licensing dialog.
- From
the licensing dialog, select “Deactivate License”
from the vertical tab in the lower right hand corner. Follow
the instructions to generate a deactivation key and submit
it online.
- Open
your H2ONET 6.x installation and initialize.
A licensing dialog should appear. Press the “Go”
button to open a webform. Complete the webform and hit submit.
Our support staff will process your deactivation key and
licensing request and get back to you soon with your H2ONET
6.x License Key.
- Enter
the License Key and press “Apply License Changes.”
Your H2ONET 6.x is now active.
Floating
Seat Instructions
- Download
the ““H2ONET 6.x Setup” executable
below. Install it on any machines that use H2ONET.

- Request
new keys for H2ONET for AutoCAD 2004/5/6 using
the below form. Our support staff will email you new keys
shortly.
- Once
you receive the keys, open up your Floating License Manager.
Highlight the H2ONET 4.x license that you are
upgrading. Press the “Deactivate” button at the
bottom of the manager. Follow the instructions to generate
a deactivation key and submit it online. Our staff will
email you a License Key for your H2ONET 6.x floating
seat(s).
- Press
the "New" button and enter the H2ONET
6.x Serial Number, CD Key and License Key. Enter the license
key and press “Apply”. Your users will now be
able to check out H2ONET 6.x licenses.
Please
note that this upgrade requires additional licensing support
from our staff. It will not be executable-only like our other
upgrades and thus may take longer. Please plan accordingly.
